Sanni in EnglishSanni Leinonen made Finnish alpine skiing history in 2006 when, at age 16, she became the youngest alpine skier ever to make the national team.She immediately chased after Finland’s toughest elite. One day she wants to be the best in the world.. and that can happen any time! Sanni learned to ski at the age of 2,5 following her brothers. Her first race was at the age of 6 but she started to practice more intensively alpine skiing when she was 12. Her first World Cup start was 3.2.2006 in Ofterschwang and she got her first WC points in november 2006 in Levi. Best results this far: 17.1.2010 Maribor World cup, slalom 7. 2009 Val D'Isere World Championship, slalom 11.
